He has a proven ability to drive sustainable growth, optimize processes through Lean Six Sigma, and reduce costs while maintaining operational efficiency. His leadership skills shine in high-pressure environments, where he motivates teams to achieve excellence. Martin’s expertise spans financial and healthcare best practices, ensuring projects are executed with quality control, risk mitigation, and profitability. His technical acumen includes cloud platform engineering, data center migrations, security engineering, and IT infrastructure management. He is fluent in English and Spanish and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
As the Founder of NexGen Systems, Martin is at the forefront of transforming businesses by delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions tailored to the digital age. His team is dedicated to enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation for clients across various industries. Before founding NexGen Systems, Martin served as Director of IT for the Municipio Autónomo de San Juan, overseeing a $21 million budget and leading a team of 22. His career includes key roles at Santander Bank of Puerto Rico, MMM Holdings, and Cybertech Solutions Group, where he consistently championed digital transformation, strengthened cybersecurity, and optimized IT operations.
